Determining response: Deciding the appropriate response based on agency procedures and relaying information to the relevant first-responder agency
Dispatching: Coordinating the dispatch of emergency response personnel and providing additional instructions to callers
Tracking: Monitoring and tracking the status of police, fire, and ambulance units
