Leading an NIH-funded study focusing on (arthro)kinematics and quantitative MRI analysis following ACL and meniscus surgery, utilizing high-speed dual fluoroscopy, motion capture, and MR imaging to determine joint mechanics.
Conducting data analysis and visualization for a study assessing the stability of individuals with Multiple Sclerosis(MS) using wearable sensors.
Developing a deep learning model to automate the segmentation of knee bones and cartilages utilizing convolutional neural networks(CNNs).
