Sadi Knox

I prioritize health, fitness, and involvement in activities in my daily life. I have been a dancer since I was 2 years old, and I've been dancing competitively at Renee Johnson's Dance Studio since I was 6. All four years of high school I was a member of Lafayette's Escadrille Dance Team, 3 of which I was team captain. Recently I made the 2022-2023 Mizzou Golden Girls dance team which I am very excited for. I love to workout in my free time and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am outgoing and am close with my friends and family. I thrive in social environments, and I love to meet new people. Although I am going to college next year, I will be able to come back and work when I am home for breaks.

I've been dancing since a very young age and it has shaped me to be a healthy and active individual. Going to Mizzou next year I will be a member of the 2022-2023 Golden Girls dance team where I will get to continue dancing while representing the University of Missouri.
