Started with the brand as a Sales Executive, overseeing the OC and San Diego territories. From there, was promoted to Senior Manager of Education for North America, and eventually stepped into the role of Director of Education and Events, where I led the strategy and development of the field team.
- Designed training programs and tools to support core products and new launches, to drive key business objectives, marketing initiatives, and strategic business needs.
- Created content focused on both product development and skill enhancement for the team, covering topics such as product modules, understanding different generations, and overcoming objections, etc.
- Oversaw the education strategy for product launches.
- Develop specific educational materials for the field team to deliver to support retailer objectives and strategies.
- Trained the Drunk Elephant Field Team on product knowledge, skincare techniques, and selling behaviors, functioning as a resource and leader, while providing product and sales expertise.
