I spent most of my high school years either studying for class or in the wrestling room. Additionally, I worked my last two summers in Retail Sales at Maurices and a cook at Gakona Guide Service, and during this I learned valuable life skills and experience with a wide variety of people. I completed the pre-licensing classes last summer to gain knowledge about the career I want to pursue and decide if it is truly what I wish to do, and it definitely is!
I found a passion for wrestling my freshman year because of my brother, and I have loved the sport ever since. It helped me become more confident, outgoing, and determined, shaping me into the person I am today. During this time I put in extra work to achieve my goals and ended up wrestling varsity all four years and ended my last two seasons as a state finalist. Those four years taught me that hard work and determination can go a long way.
As an honors student, it was challenging to balance schoolwork with the intense training schedule of the sport with all of the morning lifts, extra practices, and long tournaments, but it taught me how to work hard and manage my time efficiently. Additionally, being in all honors classes and a year ahead in all of my math and science classes, I was able to graduate a semester early so I could get a head start on life and begin my career. After a short Christmas break, I signed up for another round of pre-licensing classes, took my exam, and passed it on my first attempt. I am excited and eager to jump into real estate and learn as much as possible!
