• I am working as a Senior eDiscovery Forensic & Integrity Services Analyst by handling processing in Relativity & Nuix, hosting productions, evidence management, data collection, tiffing, third-party data loads, data migration, custom workflows, workspace creations, chat data processing and Decryption and decommission of workspaces, create evidence & data sources to process data in Nuix while coordinating with the client-facing engagement team .
• Developed new techniques and methods to access and maintain evidence for identification and diagnosis and collaborated with the engagement team and provide services to many large clients.
• Performs evidence management using digital data acquisition tools, Encase, FTK Imager, Message Crawler, Cellebrite, and Access data to extract hash values and physical & logical verifications and we maintain data integrity and chain of custody throughout media transfer.
• Using big cloud storage like Azure ARM, media shuttle, and Equinix for backing up the data from the internal VMS to the forensic laptops and will ship the data to the client through UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of electronic data processing projects using Nuix, including data conversion, database creation data deliveries, and quality control.
• Analyze and validate all in-house eDiscovery data collections and productions in the FTK Access Data environment and generate analysis and status reports from SQL databases about current ESI collections and projects.
• Using Power BI, Microsoft SQL Studio management to perform quality check of the workflows. We use FTK, Encase, Cellebrite, Message Crawler, Relativity Server, Nuix for our regular workflows.
• We advise, develop, and implement strategies to solve complex client requests, internal processes, and issue tracking and we investigate, research, and troubleshoot technical issues for internal staff and clients.
• Assist in supervising analysts to improve their quality of work by providing additional knowledge on how to complete tasks and train new hires.

Provides services of eDiscovery software development which creates software tools that can assist in process of electronic discovery, which involves identifying, collecting, processing, reviewing, and producing electronic data as part of legal case or investigation

• Provides Custom Workflow Programming Electronically Stored Information (ESI) sources with data identification, preservation, collection, processing, document review, and production workflows, as well as engineering data transfer mechanisms for collection functions
• Provides eDiscovery Platform Development tailored to client's specific needs and requirements, applications for cloud and platforms for identification, data collection, processing, review, and production of ESI (electronically stored information) in response to legal requests or investigations

• .Worked as Hosting Services Analyst, which involves providing service and support for eDiscovery and Litigation Projects and Specially trained in eDiscovery project workflow and analyze those projects in complex and high-quality litigation environments and have an overview of the EDRM Reference Model.

• In Relativity, we used to perform Imaging Sets, OCR Sets, Markup Sets for redacted documents, creation of saved searches, productions in hosting in relativity, producing images, extracted text from OCR Sets, and loading of natives
• Relativity Skills: Saved Search Creations, Usage of batch operations, Field Creation, Production Set Creation, Redactions, DT-Search, and Indexing Build, will be taken care of QC after loading data into Relativity using RDC and maintained consistent quality and continuous improvement.

• As a team, built and maintained relationships with eDiscovery's internal and external legal teams to maintain the profile and effectiveness of the team and management and worked with other eDiscovery analysts to deliver legal data used in court proceedings through FTP & SFTP.
• ESI Data Analysis, extraction, QC, Data Processing, Culling (De-NIST, De-duplication, Date Filter, Keyword Search) and exporting.

• Law Pre-Discovery tool was used to work on print jobs where final output should be in PDF & native file formats and data must be arranged in ascending, descending, chronological, CD, DVD, and VCD order as per client requirement.
• Manipulating data using various text editing and comparative software tools like Notepad++, Text pad, MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel and used RDC to load and export data to & from Relativity.
