• Continuous monitoring of the progress of a flight using TOPS Flight Watch System & providing In‑flight assistance to flight crew.along with Monitoring and actioning of TOPS generated alerts.
• Action significant NOTAMs and hazardous weather conditions
• Provide support to IOC operational staff and respective stakeholders during operational events.
• Provide payload analysis details for IOC controllers to optimize the revenue during tactical aircraft changes and operational

disruptions.

• Monitor and analyse the trip time variations compared to the block time and propose the most effective cost index to IOC to minimise the disruptions.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality

and environmental management policies, procedures and

controls across the operation.

• Monitoring MDD list and any defects which may impact in‑flight performance and provide assistance accordingly to crew.
• Handling aircraft diversions and provide diversion cost analysis data to the SM IOC
• Positive Dispatch clearance for flights with less than 03:00 hrs flight time.
• Ensure Flight plans are calculated for delegated flights in compliance with QCAA requirements and QR operations manuals taking Aircraft serviceability status, weather and NOTAMS into consideration.
• Administer, manage and implement economic fuel policies to maximise corporate profitability,subject to operational constraints and within proper Safety parameters.
• Prepare and file an approved ATC plan for allocated flights and ensure that Flight Release, computerized flight plan and other documents are provided to the operating crew within the stipulated time for hub and outstations.
• Timely intimation of payload restricted sectors to other stakeholders.
• Explore use of RCFP, aircraft with better performance or decrease Cost Index to increase payload.
• Enhanced flight safety by meticulously analyzing weather data and coordinating with pilots on optimal routes.
• Acted as a reliable point of contact for pilots and other stakeholders during flight operations, providing timely support and accurate information as needed.
• Optimized fuel consumption by calculating precise fuel requirements based on aircraft weight, route distance, and prevailing weather conditions.
• Trained and developed new hires to drive efficient performance by teaching and emphasizing key skills, procedures and performance optimization strategies from day one.
