I've been working as blade technician for the past 7 years with GE, but I start working at LM factory in Grand Forks, ND, before joining the blade service team, during which I've performed all levels of blade repair from structural damage to Cat 5 repairs and manage multiple teams on-site. I take pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently, and I've also spent time training new technicians on repairs, and some cases supporting them over the years. I'm looking to take the next step officially as blade lead technician to continue growing and supporting the team in more formal capacity.
