• Business unit (Health service department): Took care of contracts between Health Services department and the network medical providers, arrange the meeting internally and externally, medical data entry in the system including ICD9, ICD10, admit-discharge date, medical providers, and physicians, audit performance of Personal Medical Case Management (PMCM) project.
• Digital Health Journey project team: Worked on digital health projects to add value to the insurance products and provided the best experience in claim process to the customers, Coordinated with vendors, internal departments (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Corp comm, Marketing, Finance, Health services), and the group office (AIA Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong), worked on significant documents such as SOW, TPSA, outsourcing assessment, PIA, and risk assessment, led with project team for service UAT on application and internal training, certificated in Agile practitioner session.

Worked on death claim and fax claim by reading medical history of the customers for further decision to approve or decline, a part of investigation team to investigate cases in which of suspected fraud claims.

Took care of mother before and after giving birth for both normal and cesarean section method, administered medications and treatment to mothers and vaccines to healthy newborns according to the orders of physicians, health education for parents such as breastfeeding, baby showering, vaccination by ages, postpartum care, contraception after delivery. Experienced in taking care of mothers with complication such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension, and HIV infection.
