Throughout my time at Sunshine Village, I have gained valuable experience serving as both a Developmental Specialist and, most recently, a Case Manager for the past two years. These roles have allowed me to develop strong skills in person-centered planning, advocacy, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. I have built positive working relationships with individuals served, families, residential managers, service coordinators, and fellow staff members while remaining committed to providing high-quality support and services.

Sunshine Village has provided me with opportunities to grow professionally and personally, and I am proud to be part of an organization that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives every day. My knowledge of agency procedures, dedication to our mission, and passion for supporting both individuals and staff have prepared me to take on the responsibilities of Assistant Manager.
