  • Operations leadership: Acted as day-of lead during manager absences—ran shift standups, balanced ticket queues, and coordinated cross-team handoffs to maintain KPI targets (Metrics).
  • 600+ GPU Rack Deployment: I contributed to launching the first GPU site in the southern region, successfully delivering under a tight timeline. This experience opened the door for me to support another site facing similar challenges.

  • Advanced break/fix: H100/200 SME, diagnosed, replaced faulty server, storage, network components with minimal business disruption; escalated imminent risk scenarios quickly and accurately.
