I am in charge of shifts. I assign the crew to positions, monitor sales for labor, help customers, handle complaints, do interviews and do the daily shift count of cash drawers and deposits. I have also done scheduling, inventory and truck order for product. I perform night checks every other month to make sure procedures are being followed. I also take care of ordering uniforms and making sure the pm cleaning tasks are being completed.
