
Ensure process efficiency. Pull and verify orders, verify accuracy of orders.
Verify orders are accurate and packed according to specifications such as
extra dunnage, ice, and special instructions. Ensure correct paperwork and
proper stickers are placed on or in cartons. Maintain general housekeeping
of warehouse and pack stations, restock pack stations, return totes and
carts to proper areas. Basic computer skills and RF knowledge.
Fill daily drug orders and maintaining E-Kits accurately and efficiently
under the supervision of a dispensing Pharmacist

• Maintain and update E-Kit lists as needed
• Stage and generate E-Kits for cycle exchange
• Prepack bulk medications
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies
Verifies all merchandise returned from ABC's customers with the Return
Authorization Form, matching UPC/NDC codes, size/strength of product

• Credit customer accounts
Verified that the quantities returned matches the quantities indicated in the
Return Authorization Form

Determines if merchandise is in saleable condition and forwards for
restocking and also prepares nonbreakable merchandise for return to
customer or for destruction

Prepares packages to be returned to the customer that can not be
accepted by ABC or returned to the suppliers
•
• Puts away morgue product and resolved any discrepancies
Received information regarding merchandise recalls and handles
appropriately

Complies with all safety requirements and maintains clean work
environment

• Compliant critical position and understands and complies with HIPAA laws
Conducts end of month inventory in the Returns department as well a an
annual inventory facility wide

Verified merchandise against receiving documents and reports
discrepancies and any damage

Separates merchandise by UPC/NDC numbers and validates expiration
dates, receives in merchandise via an RF Scanner by purchase order
number and forwards to the stocking department to be shelved

Stock shelved with RX and OTC merchandise, rotating stock so that oldest
stock is used first

• Performs daily counting
Prepares order for shipment by pulling items from shelved and placing in
tires to be packed and shipped to customers

• Must be able to work over time when necessary
Passing/picking up dinner trays
• Respond to patient nutritional requests in a timely manner
• Collect patient menus and enter into computer system
Kept kitchenette in assigned floor stocked, rotating items with best date in
the back
