At NuFACE I would do daily cycle counts in the morning.
After my cycle counts, I would double check the difference on Netsuite (work system).
Find mistakes as wrong transfers or having to adjust the difference to a location where managers can see.
Pulling work orders throughout the day and final hour I would return any materials back to the warehouse.
Forklifts I operated would be sit down and reach forklift.
On slow days I would help assembly on package our skin care or help inspecting incoming material and testing our devices.
In NuFACE lots and using FIFO was a huge role.

When I first started working for Falmat it was a family own business.
I started out as a machine operator, usually ran a few machines during my first year.
As a machine operator I would work in spooling department.
Where I would test electrical frequency throughout wires to build components.
I would also stripe/ dye wires to help identify each wire electric capacity.
After a year, I was approached by warehouse manager and asked if I was interested learning warehouse since I had experience.
I accepted and was approved by my supervisor in machine operations.
In warehouse started by pulling work orders, driving forklifts, restocking, and consolidating.
As time went by my manager would give me spreadsheets divide our important jobs that week and forecast weeks/months ahead.
Drove a flat bed truck (16ft) building to building. With pallets of material.
End of each month my manager and I would do cycle counts for the end of the year audit.
Schedule would differ. Monday- Friday 4am-2:30pm or 6am-2:30pm

Once it was scan in our work device.
It would let us know if it was fedEx ground, Air, or UPS.
Boxes were usually 20+ Lbs up to 70lbs.
The process was:
Scan each box to its location.
Print out each barcode that was scanned to each location.
Create FedEx or UPS labels.
Palletize all the boxes into a pallet.
Load pallets into trailers when supervisor sign off packing list.
Schedule would differ: Mon- Friday 8hrs, 10hrs or 12hrs
