• Welcome new clients to the shelter, complete intake procedures, and conduct initial assessments to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
• Respond to crises or emergencies involving families, including conflicts, medical emergencies
• Ensure the safety and security of families and the shelter environment by implementing security protocols, monitoring access, and addressing any safety concerns promptly

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

• Dusting, damp wiping, washing and polishing
• Vacuuming floors and carpets
• Following health and safety guidelines when handling chemicals
• Demolition of walls, roof and other structures
• Spray Cleaning and resealing with polish
• Anticovid disinfection

• Provide assistance with basic needs such as meals, clothing, personal hygiene items, and access to medical care
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, services provided, and any incidents or concerns that arise
• Ensure that residents have access to essential resources and services to meet their immediate needs
• Adhered strictly to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive client information

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by overseeing the activities and interactions of youth, ensuring compliance with program rules and safety protocols
• Ensure that all necessary documents are correctly filled out regarding kids behavior and actions in the establishment
• Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, such as conflicts, emergencies
• Conduct regular checks and patrols to monitor for any signs of distress, conflict, or potential risks
