Actively engaged in helping the team keep valued customers and built a good rapport with them to sell some new products. I had to deal with frustrated customers who had received late deliveries and made sure they had received a discount. I also had a hand in helping create the new catalog with all of the most popular products for the holidays.

Worked with other counselors to create a fun, safe, and positive environment for our campers. I had to come up with my own programs to keep all of the kids engaged. I had to take into account all of the kids allergies, physical ailments, and specific needs. It was also important to keep in touch with the parents to make sure their children we're safe and having a good time.
