I am a 16-year-old high school junior, and my cumulative GPA is 3.7. I have taken 4 years of Spanish, played competitive soccer for 10 years, and played high school tennis and volleyball. I have an appreciation for local businesses because my mom was the first owner of Fleet Fleet Sports in Boulder, a local running store. It is my wish to continue to be a part of the local business community. I am currently seeking opportunities to expand my skills and gain experience in a new work environment. I am a dedicated worker who is adaptable and has strong communication skills.
I have worked at Colorado Athletic Clubs in the Childcare section for the past four months and am still working there at the moment. I work with children aged 1–9.
I started my own power-washing business. After teaching myself how to power wash safely and purchasing equipment, I designed flyers, distributed them in neighborhoods in North Boulder, and marketed my business on Facebook and other social media platforms. I communicate with clients to set up jobs, prices, and a schedule. I ran a profitable business cleaning driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decks.
Soccer
I played competitive soccer for 10 years, and through this experience, I developed a strong work ethic I maintained a commitment to show up to every game and practice on time, four times a week, and give my best effort to the team I also have a referee certificate for kids' soccer matches
Tennis
I played on the JV high school tennis team, competing in doubles matches Playing tennis for my high school helped me meet new people My communication and teamwork skills improved, too, because we rotated doubles partners as the season progressed
