• I am extremely proud to have been at Samtec for ten years now.
• I have been in the Array department for the past nine years, and I have become very experienced in running nearly every machine on the production floor.
• I perform all of my own setups, and I love working with my hands. I always try to learn anything I can from our technicians who work on our machines.
• I also have lots of experience training fellow associates on these machines, and because of this I was eventually given a black badge.
• I take pride in being a "team player." Whichever machine my bosses tell me needs to be run, whenever there's a hot order that needs someone hard-working and reliable to run it, or someone calls in and can't make it to work, and someone is needed to step up and run their machine—whatever it may be—I am the person you can rely on to do what needs to be done.
• I worked in both the Plating and Optics departments during my first year of employment here.

• I have been umpiring locally since I was 15 years old, and I continue to do so to this day.
• Umpiring has helped me develop many interpersonal skills, including decision-making, and the ability to work with people who become upset in tense situations.
• It's also given me the confidence to believe in myself.
• Demonstrated deep and practical knowledge and understanding of official rules of game.
• Fostered sportsmanship among players and coaches to minimize in-game conflict.
• Maintained professional composure and calm demeanor when making tough calls and handling challenging situations.

• Loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Eventually, I was promoted to run and oversee the facility's incompatible packages lift, as well as to drive certain transport vehicles around the facility.

• Seasonal work
• Assisted in packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
• Truck/Trailer pre-loader
• Responsible for loading multiple trucks throughout the night, constantly moving in and out of trucks, and managing various workloads and conveyor belts.
• A strict, safe work environment was required.
