In this time, I focused on store-wide enrollment, and community driven endeavors to maximize MIRROR integration and membership. I was recognized as a top performer in the company since MIRROR integration, and facilitated trainings on a company-wide level, as well as ran weekly connect and feedback calls with my MIRROR West region peers. I would accompany my Southwest Market Manager on store visits in Arizona to gain experience in facilitating visits.
I previously held the position of Key Leader at Chandler since June 2019. During this time I was active in our Community pillar of the business, by working closely with our Regional Community Lead in helping facilitate events ranging from our Outerwear Initiative in 2019, to interacting with our men’s community through conversations of mindfulness and vulnerability during a monthly series hosted by our Chandler store.
I previously held the title Store Technology Lead, in which I troubleshoot any technological error and own all aspects of technology regarding our store in order to make sure our devices are working efficiently and properly. This opportunity has also allowed me to grow in enrollment by teaching educators as well as my fellow leadership team members key ways to identify and fix errors in the moment to set them up for success.
