Sam Schmitz

During my time at WISN 12, I have produced multiple newscasts and worked on our sports show. I also work on our assignment desk and will work on digital/social media content any given day.

I began as an intern during college. Once hired, I worked on multiple shows before working my up to be the executive producer and co-host of the afternoon show for two years.

I mostly contributed on the companies website by writing reviews and blog-style writing. I also helped with public events.

During this internship my colleagues and I worked on ticket sales, marketing opportunities, managing the clubhouse for the team, and daily ballpark operations.
