- Member of the Internal Research & Development team tasked with using/exploring AWS Cloud technologies in the development of products.
- As a Software Lead I was tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code, CloudFormation, and serverless stacks, namely FutureOrb-ID and FutureOrb-Ghoster biometric protection and management services.
- Designed and implemented Access Control solutions using an assortment of cameras and ML models and the FutureOrb-ID API. As part of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) I interfaced with Naval staff to define use cases and requirements, design solutions, and test new iterations.
- My team completed the Well-Architected Framework, Foundational Technical Review, and Serverless Lens audits which led to GBL becoming an AWS Partner Network partner.
- Developed, tested, debugged and documented software programs written in Python, and helped maintain ReactJS/node stack.
- Coordinated with project managers to meet development timelines and plan testing.
- Trained and mentored incoming interns and new hires in company procedures, the use of commonly used tools such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, VS Code, and time keeping software.
- Worked on a contract assessing software baselines upon milestone and phase completions, these included SonarQube scans and interpretations of results based on business priorities.
- Used ML algorithms to analyze datasets for training neural nets.
- Represented the company at conferences such as ANTX Coastal Trident 2022 and 2023 where I demonstrated our technology to both military and civilian contractors, helping people understand our technology and building rapport.
