This is a Training program held by the Sudan Medical Specialization Board (SMSB), I was working as a resident in Ophthalmology and was routed among 8 different facilities between 2017 to 2021

• Performed physical exams on patients, continuously communicating about patient needs and comfort levels.
• Advised patients on post-treatment care options, at-home plans and effective rehabilitation.
• Collaborated with nurses to triage and prioritize patients in high-pressure situations, making rapid and effective decisions.
