Oversee day-to-day activities at Terminal 5, Hangar/Building 81 and Building 74

Monitor and ensure the integrity and functionality of critical systems such as: fire suppression,
sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, HVAC systems, escalators, and elevators

Monitor and assess business partner performance related to janitorial, trash, security monitoring
(infrastructure), and horticulture maintenance

Conducted evaluations of United States Customs Border Protection data to identify instances of non-compliance.

Planned and perform quality audits of operational areas to include station, system operations, training, and departmental audits. Also dangerous goods, drug and alcohol and emergency response programs.
Assisted operation departments in the development of corrective action plans.
Reviewed and approve immediate and comprehensive corrective action plans, and perform follow-up as necessary.
