Responsible for overseeing all contractors on site and checking each contractor's work with their corresponding set of drawings and building it accordingly. Worked closely with police and county officials to maintain public relations throughout the job.

Contact and coordinate with contractors depending on necessary repairs. Oversee rent roll and maintain loans and mortgages.
