• I follow teacher lesson plans in order to continue the student's education even when the teacher is absent.
• I keep students on task by walking around the classroom and ensuring minimal distractions in the classroom.
• I ensure students know what to do with clear vocal instruction and written instruction on the board.
• I ensure a safe space for every student by introducing myself and being empathetic to students no matter what.
• I follow classroom rules and keep to a regular routine that the students go through.

• I provide transparency to the teacher to let them know what went on in the classroom when they were absent. A note is written by me detailing students behavior and the work completed.
• I reinforce good behavior by making classroom expectations clear to students in the beginning of class. I make sure misbehavior is met with the proper consequences.

I worked as an ballot inspector and EViD inspector.

• As a ballot inspector, I handed ballots to voters and ensure that their precinct number and ballot style was correct.
• I answered any questions voters may have to ensure they knew what to do. I directed them on where they needed to go to fill out their ballots.
• As an EViD inspector, I was the first person that voters talked to in order to get checked in. The voter was greeted and their ID and information was verified to ensure they were a registered voter.

Cutler Bay Worship Center offers drive by food distribution once a month to low income families to make sure they have food and meals to feed themselves and their children.

• Me along with a group of volunteers unload a truck filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, drinks and other food products.
• Volunteering here is team effort. There are volunteers in different places. Some people are working on the truck unloading the food, organizing food into boxes and crates and putting the crates of food into the trunks of cars.
• I mainly worked to package the food into the boxes and crates in order to get them ready to be put in the trunks. A variety a food was packaged into boxes to be used to create meals for families.
• I would guide new volunteers on how to package food and on what to do.
