• Completed a course in Environmental Management Planning. During this course, I was part of a group that created a detailed management plan for simulated public nonprofit organization, covering areas such as goal setting, budgeting, and performance measurement. At the end of this course, I enhanced my collaboration, and planning skills, while gaining new insights in problem-solving within a management context.

• Completed a 84-page Environmental Assessment Report as one of the requirements for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) course. For the report I used case studies and project simulations to evaluate real-world environmental impacts of proposed developments. During the course I also gained invaluable knowledge related to environmental policy, assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks. The course assisted in the development of data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder communication skills within the context of environmental planning.

• Conducted a plant survey to investigate the contribution of plant distribution mongoose sightings using quadrat sampling methods.
