As security guards, it is our first and foremost responsibility to ensure safety for ourselves and co-workers, patrons attending events, as well as staff working events. Some activities of our work include monitoring premises to prevent theft, vandalism, unlawful entry, weapons entering the premises, as well as other illegal activities. We conduct regular patrolling to ensure safety and security compliance, respond promptly to emergencies, coordinate with law enforcement when necessary, and maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes. We also must remain adaptable as we never know what type of situations may arise. A key aspect of this is working with management to identify potential areas for security improvement.

As ramp agents, it is our duty to ensure safe departures and arrivals by marshalling and wing walking planes, loading and unloading luggage from planes in a safe manner, conduct pre-flight inspections on baggage handling systems to maintain operational integrity, cleaning the inside of the planes for passengers safety and comfort, stack and send out luggage in carts from the baggage room, send out flights on time while remaining safe compliant, and maintaining safety and safety practices overall throughout the airport, as well as the ramp.

As a cleaner and trainer at MB's Cleaning, it was my job to clean and train new cleaners on the team. While cleaning, I operated cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene whether this entailed of a quick, light cleaning, or a deep clean. I also conducted detailed inspections to ensure all areas met quality standards before client approval, as well as noting any critique or feedback.

As a trainer, I trained new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols to enhance team performance, taught efficient cleaning schedules that optimized workflow and minimized backtracking movements, was present and hands on in training to ensure new employee comprehension and success, as well as noting and delivering feedback to management about possible areas for improvement both for the employees as well as the training process itself.

As one of the aquatics supervisors, I supervised daily operations of aquatic facilities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducted safety drills/tests, emergency response training, and safety audits, improving readiness among team members, implemented and taught training programs for lifeguards, enhancing team knowledge and cohesion, coordinated locations for staff shifts optimizing coverage during peak hours, monitored pool maintenance procedures, ensuring water quality standards were consistently met, as well as conducting regular daily safety audits of safety equipment such as air gas tanks and fire extinguishers. I also performed regular lifeguarding duties when short staffed, as well as regularly conducting safety checks and giving break outs to my employees when needed and scheduled.

As a youth counselor we wear many hats. We are involved in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for at-risk youth, monitoring behavioral progress and adjusting interventions based on observations and feedback, conducting regular assessments to evaluate effectiveness of counseling strategies and programs, all while advocating for clients' needs, ensuring access to appropriate services and support systems, assisting youth in developing problem-solving and communication skills, curating stress management skills, providing crisis intervention and emotional support to youth, and providing a clean, stable, structured environment, including dispensing prescribed medications in a safe, law compliant manner. I also, as overnight staff, stayed awake and conducted regular night time checks on the children to ensure safety and comfort. As a counselor of children of all ages and walks of life, we also must ensure to foster a safe environment for our children in order for them to trust again, to learn, grow, and develop a sense of self worth and esteem. We also collaborate with parents, teachers, and community resources to provide comprehensive support for clients' needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes, facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social skills and emotional expression, and help train new staff in crisis intervention techniques and program protocols.

As an environmentalist specialist it is our responsibility to keep the entire hospital clean and in order according to environmental laws and regulations, including offices, patient rooms, and restricted areas such as sterile and biohazard areas of the hospital. We conduct environmental assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and enhance resource conservation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for environmental improvements and best practices, and analyze environmental data for strategic decision-making and to improve operational efficiency.

I also occasionally worked in the office with our equipment and supplies, whether it was fixing our multiple sorts of vacuums, washing rags for the employee use the next day, or keeping the office areas clean and stocked.
