My moral philosophy is "Don't make excuses, make improvements." In most cases, things aren't going to go your way majority of the time. It's natural to make excuses when things don't go as planned, but that won't solve your problems. This stems from my natural abilities to overcome obstacles, be flexible, and handle whatever the world is going to throw at me. Through this quote, I believe that it is extremely important to be flexible and to be able to respond to change fast and not dwell on it. The situation that led me to choose a career in pharmacy is my desire to help people and my interest in chemistry and math. I knew pharmacy is for me because I would not only be able to help many people, but I would also be able to develop a relationship between them as well. My vision of pharmacy practice is a person who attends to the needs of patients and the evaluation of medical orders. My goals are not only to become a pharmacist, but a good pharmacist. I strive to work in the hospital as a clinical pharmacist and to converse with the doctors and nurses. It is very important to me to become a pharmacist because I don't see myself in any other profession that allows me to attend to patients' needs the way pharmacists do. My positive attributes include being hardworking, punctual, patient, respectful, and mature. My moral philosophy developed my attributions.

04/02/22, A pharmacist is someone who makes a difference in the lives of their patience through an expert knowledge of medicines and health. They are respectful and go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of their patience. They develop a relationship with their patients based on trust and security. Pharmacists help people live longer and healthier lives depending on the safe uses of medication and excellent healthcare advice. I was always surrounded by people who work in the medical field. My dad is a respiratory therapist, my mom is a nurse, and my sisters are nurses. I chose Pharmacy because I knew I always wanted to help people and be a part of the medical field. I want to make a difference and know that I wake up every day with a purpose. I was always strong at chemistry and math and my mom one day mentioned pharmacy and I decided to research Pharmacy. It interested me and from that day on, I can't see myself doing anything else. I choose to study pharmacy here at St. John's University because my dad works with a lot of pharmacists who graduated St. John's and told my dad about it. My dad went home and told me about the school and we researched it together. A month later we visited the campus and it was the perfect match for me. The 6 year pharmacy program was the cherry on top for me.
