Explaining the $1 push and pull to validate the customers account. Often the most difficult part but the solar developers wanted a payment method on file to ensure the discounted electricity stayed up to date and to solidify customers spot on solar farm

Sales Agent

STC Direct
10.2021 - 02.2024

.We were sent to several diffrent targets and walmarts ( Opportunity provided by Cydcore) and approached customers while they shopped, first ensuring they were finding what they needed and then easing into our pitch in a down to earth and professional way

.Although we were selling for at&t what we were looking for was customers with 1-10 lines with any phone company ( aside from cricket and consumer cellular because they shared At&t towers and using several diffrent methods to get them excited and in agreement to keep their phone number / numbers

( $250 off each line ported)

.We were responsible for creating a personal and professional relationship with the customer while we: qualified them: Had valid state id, drivers license, passport, SSN, soft credit check, identity verification and making sure they didnt owe at&t money.Helped them choose the iphone/ android they wanted, Porting their numbers from current company so when the new phones arrived in 1-2 days all they had to do was turn the phone on. Untill the phone arrived to them and they turned it on the new phone.

.Dependent on credit check we truly didnt know till

the end if there would be a down payment or just sales tax. This was where saying things with conviction and being a problem solver were imperitive i.e. Helping a customer create chime if they only had cash app ( cash, cash app and pre paid cards were not acceptable forms of payment.

. Doing a meticulous rehash so customers knew who to call for assistance with trading in their phones within 30 days of turning on new phone ( unless they had chosen a No trade in android/ iphone, We were responsible for initiating at least one trade in ( typing in their phone number/ imei number on tablet in store to make sure they had their shipping label. I often initiated all trade in’s for every phone the customer was trading in, I wanted the process to be as stress free and easy as possible

. Customers who were Nurses, Public School Teachers, First Responders, Army/ Veteran / Spouse

of: Were eligible to recieve 20% off their phone bill monthly so in addition to the rest of the rehash and

providing our regional customer service number and several other numbers to call for help at the conclusion of rehash customer had to initial paperwork with the sites for said discounts and phone numbers for assistance. We had to photograph a copy before customer left and we moved on to the next.

Daycare Teacher

Children of America
03.2018 - 10.2021
  • Sanitized toys and play equipment each day to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Provided a safe and nurturing environment for children, regularly monitoring indoor and outdoor spaces for potential hazards.
  • Changed diapers, assisted with potty training and always making sure the children were in clean clothes ( school had a laundry/ dryer on premises.
  • Taking the children to the indoor downstairs playground and monitering and sanitizing space before and after they played, Also paying close attention with other school teacher to make sure children were not fighting or biting or playing in an unsafe fashion. Paying attention to untied shoes and always having open arms and songs ready for toddler tantrums or just missing their parents ( newer children to daycare)
  • Serving breakfast, Lunch and Snack and always setting the children down for a two hour nap after lunch. One teacher would set out the cots/blankets for each child in our care, while the other set out the lunch plates. After lunch one teacher got the kids all cleaned up for nap, However being a team player was crucial at all times, For the most part though one teacher putting on nap music and getting them settled was a fine system, other teacher would clean up lunch mess, take out garbage and tale an hour and then come back and sit with the children till other teacher returned from break.
  • After nap one teacher changed diapers and one teacher cleared the cots and got snack ready. It was imperitive no matter what meal both teachers were always watching to make sure the toddlers were eating safely, We were all trained in CPR at semi regular trainings.
  • Actively encouraged children to develop their communication, problem-solving and social skills.
  • Mandated Reporting any signs of abuse or neglect we noticed signs of: i.e. child costantly coming in with bruising, reporting it to school director
  • School director held any medications but we had to make sure to remember what time to have school director administer medication and we all had to be hyper vigilant of food allergies. If one child was allergic to fish and that was the lunch menu for the day we often asked kitchen staff to substitute entire meal for the whole classroom to avoid any cross contamination or allergic reactions
