I am a one to one aide with my student. Also, help out with the rest of the students in my classroom. I help my student navigate through there daily schedule, help him\her with there work. When problems or behaviors arise that oppose challenges, I am the one that adheres to them. By offering problem solving techniques, conflict resolution and be there for any emotions that may come up. Other tasks include supervising the classes during lunch and there daily specials. Making copies, getting together classwork and helping assist the teachers.

I was hired during the seasonal time period of 2022. And I am currently still employed there working part time.. Throughout my time there I have learned many skills, such as customer service skills, conflict resolution . Being there to help customer shop throughout the store. Complete online orders and pick ups for the customers. I also have worked on conflict and resolution. A big factor that correlates to how can we best assist the customer in every way.

• With just about a year of working in this retail position, I was given the opportunity to go from a sales associates to a temporary keyholder for holiday season. I was very excited that I was even given this opportunity with a little time that I was working there. I did go to school for business retail management, which is what I have my associates degree in. during that time, I was given keys to the store. I opened the store on my own, counted the registers got the store ready for the day. I was also a closer at certain times and handled all the marketing that we needed to get done close down the registers and lock up the store for the night. Even though it was a short time frame, I feel that I have gained valuable experience. I am a fast learner. So I like to learn as much as I can about the job. I feel like there’s never something that can’t be learned or done in a more efficient way. during this time, customer service skills were needed and handling situations like returns or conflicts with customers. As well as time management skills because certain things need to get done at a certain time. We had to open by a certain time, registers needed to be opened and counted. Overall, I feel that I have gained much knowledge working in just this one retail store. As to why I want to brought in my spectrum of opportunities and see what else is out there.

• I had to shop for peoples grocery orders at the selected stores and then deliver them to the houses. Which was another way I used my problem solving skills and time management skills to complete the order on time. As well as, socializing with employees at the supermarkets and getting to talk with the customers while dropping off the groceries
• Navigated customer orders using Instacart platform to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
