Worked in oil technology labs running numerous of complicated, dangerous, & comprehensive rock mechanics testing. Learned how to troubleshoot problems efficiently & safely, Worked in a geomechanics group as a team with coworkers, understanding how to add a value & deal with the bureaucracies. Acoustically operated equipment to show rock properties that are analyzed for realistic reservoir conditions and the stress-induced anisotropy at high axial and radial loads that are measured based on P-wave and S-wave velocity change and amplitude change. Used LVDT’s to measure changes of distance before & after tests. Operated sensitive cantilever bridges to measure the radial deformations of samples tested. Excellent in soldering; several years doing numerous applications. Taken two welding courses through schooling. Trained in Swagelok fittings & high pressure tubing in 2008. Work with several heavy machinery for sample preparation such as a lathe or mill presses, Experience using Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Photoshop. Familiar with Windows operating systems & basic troubleshooting, Proficient in typing & computer accessories/components. Led groups of technicians to remodel laboratories from the instrumentation to its organization for a more effective work environment.
