- Assemble Aircraft Instruments , General Aviation, OEM, Defense & military parts.
- Assembly to fully ATP testing.
- Knowledge of Acceptance test procedures, Calibration procedures Outside Testing , Vibration testing , Burn-in procedures
- Process validation of new projects.
- Certification of Soldering, Blue print readings & Shop Math skills.
- Knowledge of tools & equipment setup ,troubleshooting Units , Electrical Boards.
- Use of chemicals, Paint, touch up
- Assemble Honeywell, curtiss-wright, Meggitt projects.
- Knowledge of wiring preparations, soldering, crimping.
- Use of complex drawings, final assembly blueprints, and/or verbal and written instructions.
- Adherence to company policies including general workmanship, FOD control, and documentation.
- Follow detailed instructions to assemble parts into sub-assemblies, units, or systems.
- Troubleshoot and rework assembled units that fail standard tests.
- Working with parts which require special care in handling including ESD procedures.
- Adjusting and fitting parts to very close tolerances.
- Manage highest levels of safety and quality.
