Pulling wire, low voltage to PLC panel and instruments. Bending, cutting and threading

3/4- 2" rigid conduit. Installing conduit for lights.

Building supports for cable tray

Pulling wire, low voltage to PLC panel and instruments. Bending, cutting and threading

3/4- 2" rigid conduit. Installing conduit for lights. Pulling wire into motors. Installing

disconnects onto strut and receptacles onto beams. Cad weld ground wire onto beam.

Installing 4 square boxes for lights. Bending 3/4 conduit EMT for lights and receptacles.

Installing supports for cable tray. Install cable tray, bending conduit and installing it onto

supports. Mounting disconnects onto paint booth. Installing light fixtures inside paint

booth. Pulling wire for lights and receptacles. Bending, cutting and threading rigid

conduit using the 535 threader. Using a power pony to thread rigid conduit. Using a

mechanical bender to bend rigid conduit 3/4.

Bending 3/4 - 1" conduit and install it using a lift. Pulling wire for emergency lights and regular

lights. Assisting the journeyman to bend wire for terminations into a transformer. Assisting in

continuity checks on the wire and megging the wires with my journeyman. Mounting panels onto

the wall and strut. Setting transformers onto the floor with vibration pads.

Putting together busts and installing them onto supports, pulling wire into switch gear,

transformers and lighting panels. Bending 3/4 conduit and install. Installing and putting together

cable tray using splice plates. Installing light fixtures onto strut.
