Evisceration equipment: Meyn-Rebuilt syncom auto rehanger(kill side shaft and main bearings-(45 mil 4 bolt flange.) Pawl wheel shaft and 45 mil 4 bolt flange both top and bottom. Evis side shaft, evis cam replacement. 6014 bearing and 3 of 45 mil 4 bolt flange bearing. Also adjust timings and settings. Mechanical and on screen. Adjusting encoder up top of pawl wheel shaft. Move forward encoder it adjust backwards pawl wheel.

Meyn vent cut machine-rebuild main shaft and main bearings drive wheel- two of 33014 drive wheel bearings. Drive pin bearings 6014. Middle bearing 6014 metal plate. Back plate cam and bearing 6013.

Adjustments vent cutter- total of 5 cams, top,middle,tail clip, back plate, and bottom.

Backplate cam is adjusted 8-10 mil from blade for 8lbs shackle bird. Once probe starts to go down back plate should come out right after this allows the birds back to be pushed at the right time once the blade starts to go down so it could have correct venting and proper function of machine. Top,middle and bottom cams should be lined up with each other. If top and middle cam is not lined up and moved then it affects your probes and machine which won’t pull proper vents.

Meyn opener- replaced main shaft, drive wheel bearing 33014 two of them, drive pin bearing 6014, middle bearing 6014 and top cam,

Adjustments- Bottom cam needs to be lined up with pole of the door in the center. Check at entrance this allows the hip lifter units to push bird up at the right time. Top cam adjustments the scissor unit needs to come out after the hip lifter units have reach its highest point then the scissor unit should come out.

Maestro- Unit rebuild, top brass housing and bearings. 6014 two of them but meyn sends it out already assembled. Bottom bearing. 61826.

Adjustments. Backplate can should be adjusted 8-10 mil for 8lbs shackle birds

Main cam 3 all key head bolts should be lined up with water pipe at entrance.

Pac-Man- replaced main shaft, replaced top brass housing bearings. 6014 bearing top plate units and 6018 bottom plate bearing units.

Adjustments. Cam should be lined up with pan conveyor.Spoon should be center and in the middle of Pac-Man cup unit. Height of Pac-Man and Maestro. Check that cups of Pac-Man are barely skimming spoon top and bottom part of Pac-Man cups.

Meyn IOBW- rebuilt manifold,units, and replaced all main bearings and gear wheel cam.

Adjustments- cam. Units should start to go down after center pipe of door of entrance . Manifold should be lined up in center of frame after birds have left machine and before birds entering machine.

Rebuilt baader johnson neck breaker, crop puller, bird washers, and opener.
