Overseeing anywhere from 10 to 12 individual from ranks of firefighters to battalion chief. Instructing the individuals in my group; such as throwing injunctions to the students, teaching them the command and control structure, operations of the emergency command center(s).
- Role player for C-200 IAIC (Initial Attack Incident Commander) for Fire Apparatus Engineers and Fire Captains (Company Officers) which is held at Unit level. Similar to C-300, We utilizing a scenario based program to project a wildland fire and the spread, dispatching resource(s) and additional resource(s). This class intention is to familiarize the newest Company Officers and those with little experience with commanding incident(s) to improve radio traffic, such as first report on conditions, proper radio edict, and command present on scene of said incident(s).
