Samuel J. Calabrese

Newcastle,WA

Summary

Results-driven Commercial Construction Superintendent with 27 years of experience and 18 years as a Commercial Superintendent. Proven track record of completing multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget. Expert in managing field operations, subcontractor performance, and safety programs across multiple sectors. Seeking a role where I can lead teams in delivering high-quality construction projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

I entered the construction field right out of high school at 18 years old and have been working in the industry ever since. My only daughter has graduated from flight school and college, and I recently helped her purchase her first home. Now an empty nester, I own my home and a couple of rental properties. I also play men’s club golf at Newcastle near my house, maintaining a single-digit handicap. I’m excited about the second half of my life and eager to find a company where I can grow and eventually retire.
