1. FSAE Bulls Racing Break Team 2024: Bulls Racing is the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) team at the University of South Florida. This project involved the design and assembly of a hydraulic braking system on a formula racecar. The team began with part selection, such as which bore size of master cylinder, what material to use for brake lines, and brake pad compound. These decisions were based on data acquisition from previous years. Next, the brake lines were designed and routed through the chassis in CAD to determine the lengths of line needed. The brake lines were assembled (and adjusted as needed), and the team solved many hydraulic issues as they arose. After the season, testing plans were drawn up to gather data so that this years design can be improved upon.
3. FSAE Bulls Racing Ergonomics Team 2025: This year my role on the team will be helping to design and manufacture the ergonomics subsystem. The design will maximize the drivers comfort and driving efficiency. It will be custom designed with consideration of each driver's body dimensions.
