Meet with prospective clients either in their home or in my office to review their finances and evaluate what type of mortgage is most appropriate for them. Assist in the processing of their application through closing and remain their liason should there be any servicing issues.

Helped initiate Renovation Loans at Caliber Home Loans. Deeply involved in streamlining the process for the entire suite of renovation loans including FHA 203(K), HomeStyle Renovation, and VA Renovation.

Responsible for review of contractor submitted plans as well as outside consultant bid. Helped resolve issues prior to closing to streamline the process.
