My family have been in the paint business for many years. Mostly factories and office buildings. My dad taught me a lot about paint and mixing paint. So I guess that's how I started doing decks.
I live at home with my dad in Oceanside.
I helped the owner choose the right color for her deck that would work best with the color of her house and deck furniture.
I would take a picture of the deck and all the furniture before working especially if anything was broken.
Then I would remove all the deck furniture.
After I power washed I put the first coat on of stain. I would make sure the color was acceptable before proceeding.
