- I efficiently adjusted and set up customers snowboard equipment based on their height, weight, and experience, whilst assisting customers with the rental process, and repairing broken boards and bindings.
- Demonstrated good customer service and teamwork during busy and stressful environments like the holiday season, I worked Christmas, New years, MLK, and Valentine’s Day each breaking new rental sales records.
- I was thorough in learning the proper techniques and procedures to set up and fix equipment, as well as learn the ins and outs of the mountain to answer any customers questions. Without the proper equipment setup customers could easily be injured, which is why I made sure to pay attention to detail.

- In charge of cleaning, resetting, and putting carts out into rotation of play. I was also in charge of picking the driving range, then cleaning and replacing the golf balls.
- Demonstrated time management skills by deciding when to leave the cart station unattended during the day in order to pick the range. I was usually scheduled alone with the exception of an hour or two overlapping with the other shift, so I was forced to learn efficiency.
- Demonstrated attention to detail when inspecting carts for damage or debris before placing them back into play.
- Worked long hours outside, my shift was either 6:50AM-3:00PM or 1:00PM-9:30PM
- Displayed adaptability by adjusting to changing conditions, such as inclement weather or increased customer volume, while remaining efficient in the task at hand.
