  • Only Dosimetrist in Clinic, routinely performed morning check out and QA on Varian ix (Daily QA3) and Oldelft Simulator
  • Monthly machine and Simulator QA, as well as treatment planning
  • This included irregular fields (2D), IMRT, IGRT, 3D, and Stereotactic on Varian Eclipse workstation for last four years (prior to that time planned on CMS XIO)
  • Brachytherapy Planning was done using Nucletron Planning system
  • Performed weekly chart checks, exported patients to IMPAC(Mosaic), and did all calculation double checks either through hand calculation or MU Check
  • On occasion, Simulated and Treated patients.
  • Streamlined workflow processes within department, expediting plan approvals and patient consultations.
