• Provide accurate, real-time Spanish–English interpretation during medical appointments, including consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits
• Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure full understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical instructions
• Support a high daily volume of appointments while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines in all patient interactions
