Contact insurance companies to resolve claims that are not paid in timely manner.

Review Explanation of Benefits and other insurance correspondence to follow-up and escalate If any insurance issues and to expedite process.

Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.

Maintain compliance with pool completion requirements.

Update the patient account records to identify actions taken on the account.

Work with patients and guarantors to resolve payer requests and discrepancies to promptly resolve pending claims.
