• Began in the Custom area, where I manually completed glass in various shapes, applying spacer, stacking, patching, argon fill, and labeling.
• Promoted to lead, responsible for ensuring the production line operated according to goals, sorting glass, and completing batches with cut glass.
• Managed the glass cleaning process through the washer, applied spacer from the machine, stacked glass, and supervised the glass passing through the oven. Caught the glass as it exited the oven, placed it on carts, and ensured accurate labeling for patching, verifying measurements, glass type, thickness, and grid requirements
• Conducted quality checks during each break, monitoring glass temperature, measurements, spacer thickness, adhesive quality, and water checks.
• Contributed to safety initiatives and assisted in frame assembly using drills, screwdrivers, knives, and tape measures.
• Operated pallet jacks for moving heavy materials safely.
