As a Level 3 Nurse for Aveanna my job duties are Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and G-tube/enteral feeding management. Also medication administration, communication with patient medical providers, accurate clinical documentation, family education, as well as family support .

My job duties as LPN Charge Nurse for 11 pm-7am shift entailed receiving and giving shift status report of each patient,, supervision and management of Nursing Staff, and medication administration and management. Also, communication with each patients Primary Care Provider with any pertinent changes, performing wound care and special treatments, and documentation within patient Medical records of all care performed during the shift.

My job responsibilities were to administer and interpret pediatric and adult environmental and food testing, to include skin and epidermal testing techniques. In addition, use of medical software for entering patient complaints, medications, prescriptions, and any other health information into their medical records. Performing chest and sinus x-rays, as well as professional verbal, written, and telephone etiquette were routine, as well as completing prior authorizations to assist with medication coverage.
