• Erected DCS server building by means of tilt wall construction, metal decking and concrete roof, installed all gears, cable tray and data racks. installed thousands of feet of cat 6 and low voltage data wire to support the control room.
• Erected control room, all DCS cabinets, removable floor, fire suppression system, and all electrical wiring underground, trenwa and module racks to support all operations.
• Supervised team of 9 superintendents and 350 construction workers to maintain productivity and quality of work.
• Led weekly production and operations contractor meetings, facilitating stronger communication, and helping to resolve critical issues.
• Planned and built three 250 megawatt GE simple cycle power plants, directed superintendents in all phases of construction throughout the project including, underground, vendor and GE piping, steel erection, three 140' stacks including the Cems buildings , probes and pollution controls, concrete, civil, paint, scaffolding, insulation, ISO phase electrical, erection of medium voltage building and administration buildings including all internal finishes (pipe, fire systems, electrical, plumbing, drywall and paint), crane setups, rigging plans, material and equipment ordering, worked with quality control to ensure turnover dates were hit for startup and project completion, led safety team on walks and meetings, set up compound for offices and was in charge of demob of project of rentals tools and equipment.
• Kept sites compliant with OSHA, state, and local regulations to prevent unnecessary risks.

• Responsible for erecting 900,000 square ft. building, installing all mechanical equipment including bulk, horizontal, vertical and bucket conveyors, pumps, skids, tanks, vessels, crushers, mixers, baggers, stacks , dryers ,silos, and architectural completion of office spaces of 125 million dollar plant for Clorox, coordinated all subcontractors throughout project. Roles and responsibilities included verifying steel building, concrete, civil, mechanical, piping, architectural drywall, millwork, flooring, wall tile, insulation, painting, ducting, CMU(masonry), and structural steel were as built according to drawings. Enforcing all safety rules on job. Verifying and created EWO's, wrote change orders, submitted RFI's to engineering using Procore. Creating punchlists and completion walkdown with owner. Inputting data and updated progress into P-6 with schedule manager. Reviewed contracts for subcontractor compliance. Verified all Hydro and pneumatic test with subs and state inspectors. Helped subs understand room finish drawings. Verified all pour cards for concrete and coordinated any interference subs had in field. Reviewed and approved critical lifts and rigging plans. Ran coordination meetings. Worked with vendors on machinery specifics such as belt splicing,and mechanical installation of their products.

• Field mechanical superintendent responsible for all rigging operations and settings of pressurized vessels, drums and tanks throughout the OSBL and water treatment facilities of PA chemical poly ethylene cracker plant owned by Shell oil. Critical lifts totaled as much as 1.4 million lbs. In charge of supervising installation of waste water treatment plant, including erecting FL Schmidt clarifiers, all holding tanks, rake arm, Violia gravity filters and associated piping, all pumps, (vertical and skidded) centrifuges, all oxidizer systems, pollution controls such as low nox , scr and cems monitoring, flare stacks up to 404', burners, structural steel, pipe racks, duct work (4'). Responsible for all safety, budgeting, schedules, erection, 3 week look ahead, running daily meetings, quality, site set up, and mob/demob.

Responsible for installing 300,000 plus feet of various cable including power, controls, instrumentation, low and medium voltage, alarm, cable tray, DCS cabinets, conduit, duct banks (Trenwa), and reviewing all
rigging and pull plans, also assisted on all quantity counts with QC. Superintendent over the construction of 4
HRSG units (NEMS) and (Nooter Erikson), 960 megawatt natural gas boilers, filter houses, all stacks, burner
systems, auxiliary boilers, and condensers. Developed and or review all lift plans, P6 schedule, estimates,
safety plans (JHA), claiming schemes, and site day to day operations.

• Verified completed projects met approved time, quality, and cost estimates.

• Industrial site and construction manager who has vast experience managing hundreds of boilermakers, iron worker, electrical, laborer, insulation, pipe fitter, civil, concrete, masonry, and architectural superintendents, general foremen, and foreman in all phases of industrial construction in Oil, Gas and power division. Roles and responsibilities were estimating, job set up, planning, procurement, rigging plans, welding, reviewing and executing site execution plan, safety planning, budgeting, vast experience in all phases of coal boiler replacement, scr catalyst install and replace, burners, wet esp scrubbers and precipitator install and repairs, gas(HRSG) stack and boiler erection various sizes including steel and concrete also adding cems controls in stacks, such as optical beam and single sampling ports for pollution monitoring, nuclear power plants, refinery's, crackers, and steel mills. Established many favorable relations with customers and clients.

• Construction manager/ lead superintendent managed all work in various steel mills including Pittsburgh, Chicago, Gary Indiana, Alabama , Smederrevo Serbia, Russia, and Slovakia. Roles and responsibilities were to coordinate and run all new build of blast furnaces, relines, new pollution equipment and all maintenance inside of these mills. Supervised and managed hundreds of IWS, BMS, LBS , masons and pipe fitters. Managed and created all rigging , safety and execution plans. Maintained zero lost time accidents through out 2 years as manager.
