Enforcing all safety rules on job. Verifying and created EWO's, wrote change orders, submitted RFI's to engineering using Procore. Creating punchlists and completion walkdown with owner. Inputting data and updated progress into P-6 with schedule manager. Reviewed contracts for subcontractor compliance. Verified all Hydro and pneumatic test with subs and state inspectors. Helped subs understand room finish drawings. Verified all pour cards for concrete and coordinated any interference subs had in field. Reviewed and approved critical lifts and rigging plans. Responsible for all safety, budgeting, schedules, erection, 3 week look ahead, running daily meetings, quality, site set up, and mob/demob.
