Manage and oversee the fabrication of Camp for santos built in Big Lake, AK. Worked with subcontractors to fulfill agreed terms. Daily and weekly meetings to discuss manpower, schedule, materials. Onsite safetywalkdowns and audits. Attended tool box meetings. Managed shipping/storage and lifting operations as well as logistics of all materials and modules sent to site. Worked with Santos civil team for installation of all camp piles. Oversaw fabrication of exterior stairways awnings and ramp. Worked with install contractor on readiness and execution plans. Attend safety meetings and jobsite walkdowns on the slope. Progress meetings weekly as well as daily walks of the project. Quality management assurance. Reviewed design specifications critically for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they escalated into costly delays or rework situations.Oversaw power management while working with Santos commissioning. Worked with operations to fulfill contract of getting heads in beds to open the camp. I currently continue working on finishing the camp and any operational equipment required.

My position with DDI is to mob / demob camps, fix and finish any maintenance required, order materials, schedule and work with sub contractors to completion of work. Manage maintenance employees. Travel to the field and assure compliance of subs duties and responsibilities, maintain communication with management, assist with any projects that the DDI team needs help with.

Move, set up and maintain a fleet of Doyon man camps, Manage and complete both internal and contracted jobs such as; Camp remodels, erecting metal and wood structures, reskin tents, as well as assemble new and old tents, siding and maintenance, drywall and finish work. Communicate and walk down jobs prior to, during and after job completion with all personnel involved with the project. Continue safety meetings and briefings throughout the projects while maintaining the absolute safety of those on sites. Compiled daily field report, detailing all key activities and outlining project progress for stakeholders. Maintained positive and productive relationships with client, subcontractors. Evaluated team member strengths and assigned tasks based upon expertise and background. Mentored and trained unskilled labor. Ordered materials for projects and crews. Continuously inspected job sites for observation of safety protocols by staff and subcontractors.

Responsible for overseeing projects with help from management to rebuild and remodel an existing structure. Duties were to review plans, assure building materials are on site, schedule subcontractors and follow work completion and quality. Supported management by keeping track of time records and completion of work daily. Also tasked with keeping a safe and clean job site for all workers, subcontractors and visitors. Worked side by side with employees to keep moral up by positive motivation and also promoting good work and safety practices. Kept good standings with vendors to keep up to date with material prices and product availability.
