- Serving as the Technical Application Owner (TAO) for Nexus, SonarQube and GitHub.
- Supporting the TD Universe CI/CD Pipeline from a supply chain management perspective, including building the attestation process and integrating reusable SonarQube scan GitHub Action workflows.
- Leading the TD enterprise VMC1 Exit initiative for tools such as Nexus, SonarQube, Jenkins, XLR, and XLD, with SonarQube successfully completed in 2025 and the remaining tools scheduled for Q1 and Q2 of 2026.
- Managing GitHub licenses across TD and developing a Power BI portal to visualize the distribution of GitHub and GitHub Copilot licenses across all CIOs, while maintaining license compliance.
- Designed and implemented a plugin to increase SonarQube adoption and unit test coverage across Lines of Business (LOBs), scheduled for release in Q1 2026.

- Championed the adoption and execution of DevSecOps within Platform Teams, leading discussions with the AMCB team to ensure alignment and drive progress.
- Designed and developed multiple mainframe automation tools, including "Batchify" and "The Validator," leveraging modern distributed tech stacks such as React, Python, and ZOWE. Presented these tools at forums like DevCon 2025 and initiated a patent application for the innovations.
- Built and led a new team to conceptualize and deliver a modernized CI pipeline for Mainframe platforms using GitHub Actions and tools like ZOWE, Bridge for Git, and Test4Z. This initiative earned recognition as the winner of TechCon 2024.

The credit specialists uses this application to take various actions while doing follow up with delinquent customers for the collection. This is one of the Top 5 applications in American express technology from revenue perspective.

- Responsibilities for AMEX:
- Led key modernization initiatives, including presenting proposals for migrating legacy systems to modern tech stacks, optimizing system performance for cost savings, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) such as integrating distributed applications with APIs, real-time job scheduling, and streaming data to Kafka.
- Directed critical projects and automation efforts, including setting up platform infrastructure in new markets, migrating version control systems, decommissioning legacy processes, automating testing and deployment pipelines, and delivering new product implementations like personal and business loans, while ensuring platform quality and resolving high-pressure production issues.
- Machine learning and Innovation:
- Developed a machine learning classification model to help customer professionals proactively predict if card members are likely to repay their balances.
