Sanskriti Srivastava

This is a student organization dedicated to bridging the gap between the creative world of fashion and the analytical aspects of business, providing members with the opportunity to learn about fashion industry operations, marketing strategies, product development, retail management, and entrepreneurship, while fostering networking connections with professionals in the field and developing practical skills relevant to a career in fashion business management.

This club provides me to gain clinical experience abroad, in the city, and on campus while raising health awareness in the underserved communities.

• Loading and unloading vans, liaising with food banks and grocery stores, sorting food items, checking for expiration dates, discarding expired items, and maintaining the pantry area clean and organized

• Modeling: Makeup application, hair and skin care, photo posing and movement, runway techniques, wardrobe planning, nutrition and exercise, fashion workshops, fashion show techniques, photo shoots, pageants, and product modeling
• Acting: Improvisation, audition practice, understanding a scene, connecting to the character, monologue, cold reading
• Personal Development: Speech and voice projection, dressing for success, interview skills, self-confidence development, poise, etiquette, and public speaking

• Provided feedback and guidance to program participants regarding progress and development.
• Assisted in preparing recreational materials and supplies for each activity.
• Developed and monitored budgets for recreational activities.
• Resolved conflicts that arose between campers by listening to complaints and finding appropriate solutions.

This crown and opportunity allowed me to network with people around me, engage with women of all ages by providing them motivation to take on any possibilities, and build more confidence. During my reign, I was invited to many events such as the India Day parade where I received my own float. I was also honored at a doctors event where I connected with doctors across the state and received many opportunities to work, shadow, or intern under them. This experience offered both external and internal growth, opening numerous pathways to success and enriching my personal and professional development.

• Taught and guided 3-7 year olds different styles of dancing
