• Assist GF on safety morning meeting go through new company polices and make sure crew its fit for duty.
• Ensure all crew members have the correct PPE attire
• Speak about scope of work, locations, and hazards at jobsites
• Remind crew about driving conditions, explain to them how important it is to follow all laws while driving
• Inspect equipment making sure it is safe to use “pre–post”
• Call customer ahead and explain our job on the customer’s property
• Secure our job site, and ensure all crew members are on the same page and conduct another small safety briefing in case of emergency.
• Safely remove correct trees with specialized equipment Sennebogen, Skid steer, excavator, Link belt, ect.
• Relocate or remove wood per PG&G paper work and per home owner.
• Ensure there is no garbage on jobsite and rake all track marks.
• Park equipment in a safe location and inspect equipment at the end of each day.
• Collect all paper work, hours, along with equipment hours that are to be sent to higher management at the end of the day.
• Fill out a digital time card for each employee and send it every day.
• Send out tree count and trees cut along with points of wood management completed.
• Send a fuel request for equipment(s) and grapple truck(s) for following day of work.
• Make sure all equipment and gates are secured and locked.

• Complied with operational standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintained daily communication with subcontractors and inspectors to drive forward progress of projects.
• Organized and participated in monthly on-site meetings with clientele and subcontractors.
• Maintained safe operating compliance and verified that operations met best practice standards.
